Do you provide the funding yourselves?
Our role is business advisory, funding preparation and capital raising support. We help you assess suitable funding routes and engage prospective funders. Funding decisions remain with the relevant lender or investor.
Can you guarantee funding or a turnaround?
No. Outcomes depend on the business, the work required, implementation and the decisions of external funders. We start by assessing the position and agreeing a realistic scope.
Do we need to be looking for funding?
No. You may need a clearer financial picture, better cash-flow control or support getting operations moving. We begin with the issue you need to solve.
How are fees agreed?
Scope, deliverables and fees are discussed and agreed in writing before work begins. Any capital raising mandate will set out its own terms.
